Humaneeti Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization. Donations made to us are used to support our social initiatives and welfare programs.

  1. No Refund on Donations
    All donations made to Humaneeti Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred, as funds are immediately allocated toward charitable activities.
  2. Duplicate or Incorrect Transactions
    In case of a duplicate payment, technical error, or incorrect amount deducted, donors may write to us within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof.
    After verification, a refund may be processed at the discretion of Humaneeti Foundation.
  3. Failed Transactions
    If an amount is deducted from your account but the transaction fails, the refund will be processed by the respective payment gateway or bank within 5–7 working days.
  4. Mode of Refund
    Approved refunds, if any, will be credited back to the original source of payment within a reasonable processing time.
  5. Tax Exemption Note
    Donations eligible under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 are issued based on successful and confirmed donations only. Refunds, once processed, will invalidate the 80G certificate for that transaction.
